located in the small town of crozet, just outside of Charlottesville, Virginia, tucked up against the Blue Ridge Mountains, Wild Blue Chocolate was founded as a result of loving the art of chocolate-making from two ingredients – eliminating the need for emulsifiers, oils, or ingredients you can’t pronounce. 

We strive to make chocolate in its simplest form from using transparently sourced organic cacao and we choose to use maple sugar, which has a lower environmental footprint than cane sugar … and to us, maple simply partners better with the cacao we use ~ highlighting the cacao over the sweetness sometimes pulled from cane sugar.

We also offer a limited quantity of chocolate that will include raspberries, blueberries, ground coffee, and (yes) salt & pepper.
